Wasatch County Wellness Committee

The WCWC brings together community partners to promote health and wellness in Wasatch County. Their efforts focus on preventing injuries, reducing drug misuse, supporting mental health, and promoting early intervention strategies—all with the goal of creating a healthier, safer community for everyone.
Caring Community Coalition

The Caring Community Coalition of Wasatch County unites key leaders and community members in an effort to provide opportunities, increase knowledge, and create positive change in Wasatch County. The Coalition is currently focusing on addressing issues relevant to our county’s needs: mental health, vaping/e-cigarette and marijuana prevention. The coalition aims to promote mental and physical wellness, decrease substance use rates particularly among youth, encourage family bonding, and strengthen community bonds and attachment.

Wasatch County Youth Prevention Clubs
Youth Prevention Club of Wasatch County is a school-based youth club dedicated to promoting health and safety in the school and community through education, policy, and youth advocacy. The club focuses on alcohol, tobacco, drug prevention, and mental wellness promotion. Wasatch County Health Department and Wasatch Behavioral Health partner to provide Youth Prevention Clubs at secondary schools in Wasatch County including Timpanogos & Rocky Mountain Middle Schools and Wasatch High School.
